This Giant Justin Bieber mural was found inside the mansion of Brazilian drug dealer Alexander Mendes da Silva after a raid conducted by some 800 soldiers and police in Rio De Janeiro’s Complexo do Alemao or German Complex, Friday. And that’s why complexo is still trending on Twitter today.
